  • Support long-range corporate strategy planning and capital allocation initiatives.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and investment risks in technology-driven and infrastructure-focused environments.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes across financial, operational, strategic, and technical workstreams.
  • Partner closely with finance, operations, legal, and technical teams to evaluate opportunities and execution considerations.
  • Develop investment materials, board presentations, lender materials, and investor communications.
  • Synthesise complex financial and strategic information for senior executives and external stakeholders.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure advisory, private equity, corporate strategy, infrastructure investing, or strategic finance.
  • Strong exposure to digital infrastructure sectors including data centres, AI / GPU infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, fibre and connectivity, telecom infrastructure, and power and energy infrastructure supporting compute environments.
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to build sophisticated operating and transaction models from scratch.

  • Experience operating in high-performance environments such as investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, or fast-scaling infrastructure companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives, investors, lenders, and financing counterparties.
  • Strong commercial judgment and strategic instincts in technology-driven and infrastructure-focused environments.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, transaction-oriented environments while managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
