Collaboration is key, and we work together swiftly and respectfully, embracing adaptability and resilience in all we do.

About the role

Product Designers at Nscale shape the end-to-end experience of our Cloud platform, from first impression through to the micro-interactions inside the product. You partner with product, engineering, research, and marketing to define, prototype, validate, and ship experiences that make a complex AI cloud feel simple, trustworthy, and delightful. Designers work across the full surface area of Nscale, console, developer experience, documentation, and brand, wherever customers encounter us.

As a Product Designer, you operate at feature scope. You own end-to-end design of features within the Nscale Cloud team.

What you'll be doing

  • Own end-to-end design for features within your team's area, from framing through delivery.
  • Partner with product and engineering to scope, iterate, and ship solutions that meet user and business goals.
  • Contribute meaningfully to Nscale's design system and help keep patterns consistent across the product.
  • Run discovery: sketch, prototype, and test concepts with users to reduce risk before committing to build.
  • Write clear design specs, hand off cleanly to engineering, and support implementation through to launch.
  • Identify edge cases, accessibility issues, and design debt that affect user outcomes.
  • Informally mentor more junior designers.

What you need

  • 2–5 years of experience designing web-based or similar digital products, with a portfolio that reflects shipped work.
  • Strong UX fundamentals and clean visual craft: typography, interaction design, motion.
  • Comfort collaborating with and aligning different stakeholder groups around a common goal.
  • A data-informed approach to design decisions.
  • Clear communication in writing and in reviews.
  • A passion for AI and technology is a plus.

Ways to stand out

  • Tell stories and build narrative through your work.
  • Be intuitive and always consider the big picture.
  • Fail fast, fail often, and keep improving.

We have some of the world's most forward-thinking and dedicated people working for us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you! Join us in building the technology that powers the future.
