    • Establish clear protocols and best practices for handling confidential information across the organisation

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communications strategy, positioning, and risk
    • Prepare executives for media, investor, and industry engagements
    • Support decision-making in high-stakes or time-sensitive situations

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate and financial communications, ideally within high-growth technology companies or complex, fast-scaling environments
  • Experience supporting major corporate milestones, transactions, and reporting events (e.g. public listings, earnings, funding rounds, or other high-profile business events like Milken and Sun Valley)
  • Strong understanding of financial communications, disclosure considerations, and reputational risk
  • Experience within leading technology companies (e.g. large-scale platforms, high-growth tech, or infrastructure businesses) is highly desirable
  • Alternatively, PR agency experience at top-tier firms, with exposure to complex financial communications
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Strong executive presence and experience briefing and prepping C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, high-ambiguity environments
