SAP S/4HANA FICO Business Analyst (Greenfield Implementation)

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA FICO Business Analyst (Greenfield Implementation):

Requirements:

• Finance professional with 6–8 years of experience in financial planning, performance analysis and commercial modeling, preferably within power or utilities environments.
• Experience participating in ERP transformation or SAP programs is highly valued, particularly in roles translating business requirements into system-enabled planning solutions.
• Financial planning and commercial performance topics including:
  - OPEX and CAPEX planning
  - Cost allocation models
  - Financial forecasting and performance analysis
  - Utilities commercial structures including ancillary operational models
• Basic understanding of how finance processes are represented in SAP S/4HANA environments, particularly:
  - FI / CO financial structures
  - Cost center accounting
  - Project-based financial planning
• High English level 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Planning and Forecasting workstream as the finance business analyst responsible for translating commercial and financial planning needs into structured requirements.
• Work with finance stakeholders to define OPEX, CAPEX, and ancillary planning models used for operational and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with SAP Finance, SAC, Datasphere, and technical leads to ensure business requirements are correctly translated into system design.
• Assist in documenting planning logic, allocations, cost structures, and financial drivers used in the solution.
• Support validation of planning models during design workshops, testing cycles, and program milestones.
• Act as the bridge between finance stakeholders and the SAP delivery team to ensure the implemented solution supports financial planning and performance management needs.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
• Experience with planning platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Participation in ERP implementation programs.
