We are looking for Senior Data Scientist,

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Python, statistical modeling, and modern machine learning techniques, including Generative AI. You will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data science solutions that drive business impact across various domains. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build predictive models, and integrate solutions into scalable systems.

Skills:

•  4+ years of experience in Python for data science and machine learning.
•  2+ years of experience with SQL and Web Services (REST APIs).
•  Solid practical experience in building and deploying various ML models and pipelines.
•  Strong understanding of GenAI tools and techniques: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt design.
•  Comfortable working in English-speaking environments (Advanced level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with Big Data ecosystems such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for ML, including MLFlow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in advanced English (C1 level desirable).
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use, covering the full ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and tuning.
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection) to solve complex business problems.
• Implement Generative AI techniques, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering for advanced use cases.
• Build and consume RESTful web services to integrate ML models with internal platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers on the deployment of ML pipelines using CI/CD and MLOps practices (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Write high-quality, modular, and scalable code in Python and SQL.
• Communicate technical findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable insights.
