We are looking for: SAP Finance & Reporting Specialist (BW/4HANA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete redesign of the finance system landscape based on SAP BW/4HANA.
  • Translate business requirements into technical work packages across multiple workstreams.
  • Implement and develop technical solutions, including data modeling and analytical views.
  • Analyze and optimize current data and reporting flows to improve future architecture.
  • Collaborate with international teams to co-create and evolve the Management Information System (MIS) and Financial Data Store (FDS).

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA.
  • Proven experience modeling BW/4HANA objects (ADSO, transformations, etc.).
  • Development of AMDPs (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and SQL-based SAP HANA calculation views.
  • Design of ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) views.
  • Ability to manage the full development lifecycle, including testing and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of finance data models in banking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident and collaborative approach.
  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, banking, quantitative finance, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
  • Availability to work on-site 3 days per week at our Madrid office (BJB, city center).

Preferred:

  • Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP FSDM and SAP PaPM.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
