Working Student - Procurement (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you looking to kickstart your career in procurement and supply chain management? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated working student - procurement to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in purchasing, logistics, and supplier coordination, providing a comprehensive understanding of the procurement process in a dynamic environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will help with purchasing indirect material as well as production and prototyping means.
  • You will support incoming goods processes, including incoming goods checks in close collaboration with the Quality team, as well as invoice approvals. 
  • You will support internal and external logistics by efficiently coordinating deliveries with our suppliers.  
  • You will take ownership of maintaining and updating master data in our ERP system in collaboration with internal supply chain management.  
  • You will also have the chance to coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve upcoming issues.  

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • An academic degree in VWL, BWL, TUM-BWL, or a related field.
  • You are based in Munich and are available for at least one year as a Working Student.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly working with an ERP system. 
  • Excellent communication skills to help you navigate pressing situations with internal stakeholders and suppliers alike.  
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a hands-on mentality.  
  • Fluency in English will enable you to effectively engage with our broad base of suppliers. 
  • Proficiency in German is an advantage.
