Working Student - Field Marketing (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY
NavVis is seeking a motivated working student to join our Field Marketing Team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing in EMEA region. Within this role, there are two potential focus areas depending on your strengths and interests: one supporting our high-impact EMEA events, from physical roadshows to digital campaigns, and the other being the backbone of our efforts to understand and celebrate our existing customers. Whether your strength lies in logistics and campaign execution or in digging into details, analyzing feedback, and helping build strong customer relationships, we have a place for you to grow and make an impact.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Event Execution: Assist in the logistical planning and execution of EMEA roadshows, trade shows, and local meetups, including vendor coordination and on-site support.
- Digital Campaigns: Help manage digital promotions for events, including email invitations, social media content (especially LinkedIn), and landing page updates.
- Content & Collateral: Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and follow-up email sequences.
- Customer Feedback Management: Deploy customer satisfaction surveys, coordinate meetings, initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships, collecting responses, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Background: Currently enrolled as a student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. First practical experience in marketing or events through an internship or previous working student role is a plus.
- Digital Native: You understand how social media works (LinkedIn, Sprout Social) and are comfortable navigating content management systems and marketing tools.
- Service & Team Orientation: You have a strong customer service mindset and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure events run smoothly.
- Detail-Driven & Structured: You are naturally organized. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and your ability to manage structured processes without losing sight of the big picture.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (company language); German or other European languages is a strong plus
- Location: You are based in or around Munich and are able to work from our office regularly.
