NavVis is entering an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the company, hiring top talent for go-to-market and other key business functions globally, while shaping how we attract, hire, and retain the people who make NavVis thrive.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. On top of that, you’ll lead projects that make our processes smarter and more scalable, from optimizing interview workflows to leveraging recruitment analytics.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Act as a strategic partner: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, leaders and people partners to design high-performing teams by identifying and attracting new talent with the mindset, drive, and skills to thrive.
- Own complex end-to-end hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global go-to-market and business roles — from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to shaping interviews, supporting decision-making, and closing top talent.
- Use data to drive decisions: Leverage real-time insights to improve hiring efficiency, identify funnel blockers, track quality of hire, and guide strategic decisions at every stage of the process.
- Challenge the status quo: Bring new ideas, tools, and AI to make recruiting smarter, more efficient, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic talent acquisition with a strong focus on go-to-market and senior-level roles in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on approach combined with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across various business contexts.
- Confident in using data to guide hiring decisions, improve processes, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to shape team growth and development strategies, ensuring recruiting aligns with business priorities.
- Eagerness to tackle AI tools, automation, and employer branding to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate engagement.
- Native-level fluency in German and strong command of English in a business context.
