Talent Acquisition Partner – Temporary Maternity Leave Cover (6+ months)
As a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Commercial and Global Functions team, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging diverse talent to support our growing business. This is a temporary maternity leave cover for a minimum of 6 months and is a full-time, fixed-term role (not for freelancers or consultants). You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and hire the talent needed to drive the company’s success. We’re seeking someone passionate about building relationships and helping shape a dynamic and inclusive workforce.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring teams: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across commercial functions to understand staffing needs, ensuring alignment with current and future talent requirements.
- Source and engage talent: Proactively identify candidates through sourcing techniques, nurturing relationships with applicants, referrals, and networks to ensure a seamless experience for all.
- Screen and assess applicants: Use inclusive and behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate qualifications and fit. Guide applicants through the recruitment process, supporting hiring managers during interviews, assessments, and feedback discussions.
- Offer negotiation and closing: Work with HR Total Rewards to prepare competitive and equitable offers aligned with our salary framework. Lead respectful and transparent offer discussions, supporting candidates through the decision-making process.
- Efficient recruitment administration: Ensure accurate ATS record-keeping, manage recruitment workflows, and collaborate with HR Operations to deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
What we’re looking for:
- Talent acquisition experience: Proven expertise in direct search, ideally within commercial fields like marketing, finance, legal, or sales.
- Exceptional communication skills: Fluency in English and Dutch, with the ability to connect with people across diverse roles and levels.
- Organizational proficiency: Detail-oriented, experienced in copywriting (e.g., job ads), ATS tracking, and managing recruitment processes.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
