As a Marine Shop Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate activities for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining marine construction equipment. Additionally, you will delegate tasks to shop employees and handle administrative duties. Critical for success is the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions.

What it takes:
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school in related field (desired)
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and current Federal Medical Card (desired)
