As an Equipment Sales Assistant, you’ll help manage and respond to online leads and inquiries, with the goal of setting up appointments and supporting the resale of surplus parts and excess inventory. Staying organized and paying close attention to detail are key to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Process and complete sales invoices and other application documentation in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
- Maintain the Michels Equipment Sales Portal, answer customer requests and questions
- Track conversion ratios such as appointments/sales, leads/converted appointments, appointments made/appointments kept and reports information to management team
- Collect, organize, and assemble the sales lots of parts and inventory. Coordinate pick-up and/or shipping of parts and inventory
- Support in capturing all digital images and videos for equipment sales yard and travel to local yards as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior customer service experience (desired)
- Prior retail and marketing experience (desired)
- Forklift or telehandler experience (desired)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
