Project Manager, Localization & Audio

We are looking for a highly experienced Localization & Audio Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, culturally resonant game content. Joining the Merge Mansion team, you will actively manage and drive localization and audio needs across multiple sub-teams and partners. You will have the mandate to develop and improve our ways of working, ensuring timely and seamless integration of audio and localized assets into our games.

Responsibilities
- Actively driving and coordinating localization and audio production with game teams, producers, and external partners
- Tracking English source text readiness, and collaborating with copywriters and developers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring and enforcing glossary consistency, game terminology, and tone of voice
- Setting and communicating deadlines for localization and audio deliverables, and following through to ensure completion
- Preparing and sending localization batches to partners, along with testing instructions
- Responding to localization QA team queries and assisting with configurations to test features effectively
- Tracking, triaging, and following up on localization and audio-related bugs
- Managing prioritization of audio tasks in collaboration with producers and feature teams
- Liaising with localization and audio partners, and ensuring clear communication and expectations
- Continuously improving workflows and tools to support scalable and robust delivery
- Supporting internal teams (Feature teams, Player Experience, Marketing) with queries related to localization and audio
Requirements
- Extensive experience in localization, audio coordination, or a related game production support role
- Proactive, ambitious, and internally motivated to optimize workflows and tackle challenges
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to build efficient workflows and structures across disciplines
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experience working with external vendors and managing partner relationships
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:
- Experience working in mobile game production environments
- Familiarity with audio production pipelines
- Tools knowledge: Gridly, Linear, Notion, Google Suite, or similar platforms
- An understanding of localization QA processes and text integration
