We are looking for an experienced Producer to lead and supervise the content-focused Merge Mansion feature team, driving effective planning and project output. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, keeping stakeholders well-informed and aligned with project objectives, timelines, and expectations, while ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining a prioritised roadmap for teams in alignment with agreed-upon product–level OKRs and business objectives
- Planning and reviewing team’s work effort against product targets and impact, in collaboration with Product Manager
- Helping the team plan, outline scope, schedule, direct, and monitor the progress of both internal and external work to ensure the quality and impact of the outcomes—mitigating risks and remove blockers
- Participating in and providing feedback on unifying and improving the ways of working and processes for the entire game team
- Onboarding, managing, and off-boarding co-development partners, ensuring they deliver in line with project needs and requirements
- Effectively communicating and sharing information within the team and with external partners
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities, including overseeing daily and weekly operations, ensuring team output, and supporting team well-being
- Maintaining an up-to-date 12–month content delivery roadmap
Requirements
- Extensive experience in production in F2P/LiveOps roles in games; experience in mobile games is a plus
- Experience of working with external partners or managing vendors
- Practical knowledge of roadmapping, planning, agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively prioritise work for the best impact and help teams to remove blockers and hindrances
- Ability to see the big picture and understand how the teams’ work impacts and is influenced by others
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project planning, management tools, and HR tools
- Strong Leadership and people management skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- High level of ownership and responsibility, with a proactive approach to defining and improving processes and ways of working
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a desire to bring clarity to areas that lack it
