DevOps Advocate
We are a mobile game company, based in both Helsinki and Berlin, creating world-class entertainment by building a portfolio of hit games. Since our launch in 2020, our first chart-topping game Merge Mansion has been entertaining over 55 million players worldwide, and we have grown into a team of over 200.
Our mission is to entertain hundreds of millions of people for decades, with our games, and also through our creative marketing, community, and beyond – while having fun with it.
We’re ordinary people crafting extraordinary games with passion and ambition, united by our culture of trust, psychological safety and wellbeing.
We believe that a strong DevOps culture drives innovation and efficiency across our teams. We’re looking for a passionate DevOps Advocate to help bridge the gap between development and operations by promoting best practices in DevOps, reliability, and cloud-native operations.
In this new role, you’ll be key in fostering a DevOps culture across teams, helping them adopt industry-leading practices and improve daily workflows through hands-on participation. Collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams, you’ll share insights, provide mentorship, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Since this is a new role, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help shape it as we go.
