CRM Manager

- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies for iGaming, casino, and sports brands, covering customer lifecycle;
- Generate customer attraction, retention, and engagement strategies;
- Manage and implement CRM budgets to increase profitability.
- Create targeted segments for campaigns using customer data;
- Formulate and test CRM hypotheses through A/B testing;
- Collaborate with design and content teams for promotion materials;
- Ensure timely promotions during significant events;
- Implement player activation approaches;
- Build automated customer retention funnels;
- Monitor key retention metrics weekly and monthly;
- Improve communication metrics.
We need your professional experience:
- Strong background in gambling or betting;
- Experience with email service providers and CRM systems;
- Familiarity with handling considerable budgets for marketing or sales;
- Enjoying an international business perspective.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights;
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
