CRM Manager

  • Manage and implement CRM budgets to increase profitability.
  • Create targeted segments for campaigns using customer data;
  • Formulate and test CRM hypotheses through A/B testing;
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for promotion materials;
  • Ensure timely promotions during significant events;
  • Implement player activation approaches;
  • Build automated customer retention funnels;
  • Monitor key retention metrics weekly and monthly;
  • Improve communication metrics.
We need your professional experience:
  • Strong background in gambling or betting;
  • Experience with email service providers and CRM systems;
  • Familiarity with handling considerable budgets for marketing or sales;
  • Enjoying an international business perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights;
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
