What you will do
Reporting to our Director of Product, you will join our dynamic Indie Product Vertical. Your initial mission will be to lead a pivotal, high-impact project: integrating a recently acquired product into the core Lighthouse platform. You will be responsible for turning a two-product experience into one seamless, unified solution.
This isn't just a technical migration. You will have the autonomy to innovate and redefine core SaaS experiences. Your challenge will be to make elements like user onboarding and settings a key competitive differentiator for Lighthouse, exploring ideas like gamification and leveraging AI. This is a crucial role for someone who gets excited about building foundational excellence and making smart, strategic decisions.
Where you will have impact
- Own the end-to-end integration of our legacy toolkit, from sunsetting old features to shaping a new, unified user experience.
- Prioritize in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic initiatives against direct, high-volume customer feedback.
- Break down large, ambitious projects into smaller, value-driven increments that deliver results quickly.
- Make difficult but necessary product decisions, using data and metrics to guide your strategy and measure success against key KPIs.
- Collaborate in a dedicated trio with your partners in Engineering and Design to transform ideas into high-quality, executed products.
- Communicate clearly, ensuring all stakeholders are kept in the loop and aligned on your roadmap and progress.
- Lay the groundwork for the future, helping to evolve your team into a core platform team that will serve all of Lighthouse's product bundles.
About our team
You will be joining the "Indie" Product Vertical, a core part of our Product Innovation engine. We are a curious, reliable, and ambitious team dedicated to serving the unique needs of independent hotels—a fresh and exciting customer segment for Lighthouse. You will report to the Director of Product and work closely with senior peers who will act as coaches and mentors.

Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SaaS, tech startup, or scale-up environment.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully bringing new products or significant features to market through execution.
- An expert at prioritization. You know how to filter signal from noise and can make smart decisions without getting distracted.
- You thrive on breaking down big ideas into small, deliverable increments and getting things done.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. You are adept at keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- A self-driven mindset. You enjoy cutting through the mess, establishing processes, and operating with a strong sense of ownership.
- You make smart, data-informed decisions to drive towards specific KPIs and are comfortable suggesting new paths to achieve them.
- Experience with product management tools like Confluence, Jira, or Mixpanel.
