What you will do:

As a GTM Engineer, you will be the technical architect behind our growth, turning fragmented go-to-market processes into high-performing, automated engines. This is a hands-on, builder role where you will bridge the gap between Marketing, Sales, and Data to proactively eliminate revenue bottlenecks using cutting-edge AI. You will design and implement automations across the entire GTM funnel (Lead → Opportunity → Customer → Expansion).

Where you will have impact:

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Data & Operations teams to identify and scope opportunities for AI-driven solutions and technology adoption across teams.
  • Implement CRM data enrichment solutions to enhance lead quality and empower Sales and Marketing with deeper prospect insights.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and scalable automated workflows to proactively eliminate friction and drive efficiency gains across end-to-end marketing processes.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to better leverage the existing sales engagement platform and implement the improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials to ensure adherence to operational best practices and increase team self-sufficiency.
  • Improve the reliability, observability, and performance of GTM automations to ensure systems don't just work, but scale reliably.

About our team:

You'll be joining our Commercial Systems team, a dynamic group responsible for the entire quote-to-cash flow and the technology that powers it. While our core stack is built on Salesforce, your role is to pioneer a new frontier of go-to-market automation with Clay. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Commercial Systems and operate with a high degree of autonomy, while collaborating closely with our analyst team and stakeholders across the globe. We're a fun, focused team that loves to build, and you'll be the founding member of our GTM Engineering practice.
