What you will do
As our new Manager, Commercial Systems Architecture, you will report to our Senior Manager of Commercial Systems. You will lead and mentor our growing team of analysts, guiding the strategic direction and design of our Salesforce platform. Your role is crucial in ensuring we build scalable and efficient solutions that meet our evolving business needs. You will shape our commercial systems roadmap and empower your team to deliver exceptional results.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of internal and external business analysts and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define the strategic roadmap for our Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to final delivery, ensuring projects are on scope and on time.
- Establish and enforce architectural and design governance to ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
- Act as a key liaison between business and technology, building strong stakeholder relationships and managing expectations through clear communication.
- Provide direct, constructive feedback to your team members to drive high-quality results and support their professional growth.
About our team
You will be joining our Commercial Systems team, the central nervous system that powers Lighthouse's business operations. In this role, you will lead the architecture and analysis function. Our team are the masterminds behind our Salesforce platform's design, and you will work closely with our Salesforce development team to bring those designs to life. We partner with stakeholders across the company, including Data Analytics, Finance, Sales, and Marketing Operations, to translate ambitious goals into robust, scalable solutions. Our team is pivotal in building the foundations for Lighthouse's continued rapid growth.

Who you are
Essential
- You have 6-8 years of experience working on complex Salesforce projects, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
- You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and translate business goals into a clear technology strategy.
- You have a proven ability to coach and mentor team members on topics like project management, business analysis, and architectural design.
- You are an excellent communicator, skilled at articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for navigating complex business and technical challenges.
We welcome
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and/or Billing).
- A background in a fast-growing SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience managing external consultants or implementation partners.
