Role in a nutshell:
Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for an experienced Portuguese Key Account Manager , on a full-time basis, our Panama Team.
The Portuguese Key Account Manager who will be responsible for retaining customers and increasing their lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing customers’ behavior and keeping a personalized relationship with clients & meeting their needs;
Comprehension of our products;
Ensuring that product compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
✔️ Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
✔️ Be patient and have negotiation skills;
✔️ Ability to think outside the box;
✔️ Sales driven and motivated to achieve monthly targets;
✔️ Stand for working independently;
✔️ Native/Fluent Portuguese language;
