CRM Service Coordinator
We are looking for a CRM Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage promotional landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Create and optimize HTML templates for customer communication.

Develop and schedule SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) for CRM campaigns to ensure flawless execution.

Plan, execute, and evaluate local market-specific CRM activities and campaign results.

Optimize and improve automated customer journeys, creating new triggers and event-based communications.
Requirements:
β Must-Have Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to track, measure, and report on email and SMS marketing campaign performance.
β Nice-to-Have Skills:

Basic HTML knowledge.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Sendgrid, or similar).

Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices.
