Type of contract: permanent   

Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office   

 

Role overview 

The Partner Support Manager is part of the Partner Success Department, whose main responsibilities are to make sure that Kambi’s partners are getting an excellent service and support our partner’ growth in a consultative manner.  

This is an opportunity to join a market leader in the sports betting industry within the commercial function. The successful individual will benefit from extensive training, exposure to global businesses and a clear career path. This role is external facing while allowing for exposure to many areas of the Kambi Group from product, stakeholder management and other areas of the business.  

 

 

As a Partner Support Manager, your day-to-day work will look like:   

  • Facilitate the flow of partner requests and respond accordingly within Kambi’s Service Desk  
  • Provide financial reporting support using internal data tracking  
  • Assist in communication to and from our partners throughout all levels of their organization  
  • Support the incident management process across the Kambi network  
  • Represent the Partner Success Department in regularly scheduled sessions with internal stakeholders  
  • Manage the lifecycle of a Kambi partner(s) as the day-to-day contact responsible for developing relationships and working to achieve common goals
