Your Mission

Take full ownership of finance master data across 13 countries and help shape the way we work. As our MDM Specialist, you will ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficiency within D365FO — while driving the transformation from manual, mailbox-driven processes to scalable, automated workflows. Based in Copenhagen and part of our Finance Shared Services team, you will work at the intersection of finance, procurement, and IT in a fast-moving international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all finance-related master data — vendors, customers, chart of accounts, cost centers — across 13 countries
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all master data processes and SLAs
• Build and manage workflow automation within D365FO, replacing mailbox-driven processes with a structured ticketing system
• Develop and enforce master data governance policies to ensure audit readiness
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Collaborate with P2P, Finance, and IT teams to optimise master data structures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation as the business grows
• Act as the go-to subject matter expert on MDM best practices and system enhancements

Who You Are

You are a structured and detail-oriented finance professional who gets things done. You combine deep knowledge of master data management with a genuine passion for digitalization and process improvement. You are proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable navigating complexity across multiple stakeholders in an international setting.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Finance Operations, or Shared Services
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably D365FO
• Strong understanding of finance processes including P2P, O2C, and general ledger structures
• Experience with workflow automation and digitalization initiatives
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and structure
• Fluency in English; comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
