- Act as a point of contact for questions and requests from remote employees.
- Assist in setting up new processes and improving existing ones.

We are seeking a conscientious person with a keen eye for detail – someone who is organized, capable of adhering to strict deadlines, and who enjoys administrative tasks. But this role is about much more than just paperwork! You’ll use your creativity to devise new processes and improve existing ones. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet great people from all around the world and learn about local markets and their unique characteristics.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
- Have experience in global operations, ideally in the HR field.
- Have at least 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or coordination, preferably in an international or remote environment.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages considered an advantage.
- Possess a solid understanding of HR processes, employment regulations, and compliance requirements, with hands-on experience cooperating with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Tax, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Security.
- Have strong organizational and coordination skills, with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability when managing onboarding, absences, and HR data.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, provide clear guidance, and serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers across different teams and locations.
- Have an analytical and process-oriented mindset and are capable of preparing reports, tracking data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Are a confident user of HRIS systems (e.g. HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and office tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed, and multicultural setting.
We will be especially thrilled if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience coordinating an international HR project.
- Worked for a similar type of agency (EOR).
