FP&A System Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A System Analyst with a global mindset to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will support the integration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our new FP&A system. In this role, you will:

• Act as a system expert and administrator for our new FP&A platform, ensuring it aligns with FP&A requirements, the budgeting process, and business needs.
• Drive the implementation and integration of the FP&A platform with existing systems and data sources.
• Translate FP&A and budgeting processes and requirements into efficient system configurations, workflows, and dashboards.
• Maintain financial planning structures, hierarchies, and data integrations to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Data Office, and IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data flows, reporting structures, and system performance.
• Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot system issues, escalating them when necessary.
• Lead and support UAT, training, and documentation for end users across teams and regions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system setup, ensuring scalability and adaptability as the company grows.
• Propose relevant process enhancements, staying up to date with FP&A system features and industry best practices.

We’d love to have you on our team if you have:

• Hands-on experience with FP&A systems (e.g. Anaplan, Board, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Planful).
• A solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with system integration, data validation, and process automation.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI).
• Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and financial data flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail, strong project management skills, and a proactive mindset.
• A passion for creating clear and efficient processes and systems. 
• The ability to work well independently and as part of an internationally distributed team, with experience in a multinational or global organization being a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
