Retail Marketing & Main Campaign Manager - SEA
OVERVIEW
To lead the Retail Marketing function and support the Head of Brand Marketing SEA across all functions of the JD business related to the JD brand and community projects. This is a newly created role to help focus the department and grow opportunities within the marketplace to drive further exposure and positioning of the JD brand.

SUMMARY
This multi-faceted role has key responsibilities across the below functions:
- Retail Marketing: manage the roll out of JD Main Campaigns across all channels across the SEA markets. Working cross functionally between Buying, Multi-Channel, Retail and key central teams, the Main campaign process is essential to the success and presentation of the JD brand in market. Supported by the Retail Marketing Executive as direct report, this role is responsible for all visuals within JD retail stores, in collaboration with the Third-Party team, throughout Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand with overview of Franchise markets.
- JD Brand: as an extension of the above activity, you will be responsible for amplifying all JD brand activity through extension content, localisation and activations. This function will involve supporting Third Party Brand retail executions in collaboration with Third Party Brand Marketing team. The purpose here being to increase JD owned brand awareness and exposure across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand with overview of Franchise markets.
- Partnership: as a key pillar of the JD brand, the community project management will involve ownership of existing programs, procurement of new initiatives. There will also be cross over of responsibilities with Retail Marketing on elements of sponsorship agreements and hyper local activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End to end Main Campaign management with production agency and central team and managing documentation of visual elements within current and future JD retail stores across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Franchise markets
- End to end campaign management of JD Brand and Partnership projects with external creative agency
- Managing communication between JD and all shopping centresfor tactical activity and Main Campaign roll out
- Supporting the execution of store launches, from visual production to brand marketing activations
- Supporting all reporting functions within the Marketing Department, to feedback across SEA and Franchise markets
- Day to day management and personal development & training of Retail Marketing Executive
KPIs
- Increasing productivity and streamline the process for greater efficiency within the Main Campaign process across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and overview to Franchise markets
- Increase visibility and activation of JD Main Campaigns across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and overview to Franchise markets
- Increase partnership projects in Malaysia specific and support Singapore, Thailand plus overview to Franchise markets
- Manage the development of the Retail Marketing Executive

EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years in a similar position or within like Retail business
- Regional work scope experience is an advantage but not essential
- Agency and external vendor management
