Tasks

• Active Support: You will actively support the Senior BCM Advisor in day-to-day operations and the ongoing management of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) for the IONOS Group.
• Framework Excellence: You create and maintain high-quality guidelines, processes, and documentation for BCM and Crisis Management.
• Driving the Lifecycle: You proactively drive BCM lifecycle stages across departments, facilitating and guiding Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Business Continuity Risk Assessments (BCRA), and the creation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Testing & Resilience: In collaboration with IT Emergency Management, you plan, moderate, and document BCM tests and exercises across various business units.
• Empowerment & Awareness: You champion BCM awareness and provide methodological guidance for decentralized BCM leads, product owners, and coordinators to ensure the operational execution of BCM processes.
• Audit & Quality: You conduct BCM audits and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with IONOS Group subsidiaries and business units, ensuring seamless operational alignment with ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management), Corporate Risk Management, and Information Security.

Qualifications

• Education: You hold a degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Business Risk & Security Management, or a related field.
• Experience: You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Crisis Management, or specialized consulting.
• Methodological Expertise: You have hands-on experience with BCM methodologies (e.g., conducting BIAs, risk assessments, developing continuity strategies, and facilitating exercises).
• Regulatory Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of relevant laws and industry standards (specifically NIS2, KRITIS, C5, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and BSI Standard 200-4).
• Mindset: You are characterized by a self-reliant, structured, and proactive way of working, with a natural drive to take ownership and move processes forward.
• Communication Style: You possess strong facilitation skills and a service-oriented mindset, enabling you to lead and motivate both Business and IT units during implementation phases.
• Languages: You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Tools: Experience with Jira and Confluence is a significant plus.
