
Head of Brand & Marketing

We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Marketing to lead group marketing initiatives at Inbank — a role that will shape how we grow, communicate, and position ourselves across all our markets.
Group Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens brand positioning, and drives performance. This includes overseeing goal setting, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing, product, and business.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the group-wide marketing strategy while managing the budget to ensure a high return on investment.
- Establish clear marketing objectives and continuously track performance to ensure effectiveness.
- Own the product marketing strategy, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market execution and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with Product and Channel teams to translate product value into compelling customer-facing content and campaigns.
- Strengthen Inbank’s brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all markets.
- Drive strategic marketing initiatives that support product-led growth and expansion into new markets and segments.
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and brand experiences.
- Serve as the main marketing contact for product, technology, and company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- Background in product marketing, ideally in a technology or platform-driven company, is a plus.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
- Proven experience managing cross-market initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for brand and storytelling.
