
Intern - People Team
Inbank is a fintech company with an EU banking license. We design digital financial products that seamlessly merge financing and payments with shopping ultimately empowering people to improve their quality of life. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ people working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic.
We are looking for a People Team Intern to support our HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance while working in a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems.
- Assisting in planning and coordinating internal events.
- Supporting benefit research and helping monitor the HR budget.
- Collaborating on building a model for controlling the social fund budget.
- Archiving and managing HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinating and monitoring event-related expenses.
You ideally come with the following:
- Currently studying or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic about HR and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills and fluency in data management are a plus.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- A can-do and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (Czech is a plus).
