Partner Sales Specialist

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Partner Sales Specialist to join our Vilnius office.

As a Partner Sales Specialist, you will take care of existing and new Inbank partners by visiting them and maintaining positive business relationships. In addition, you’ll be responsible for getting partners familiar with our systems by making presentations and conducting different training sessions. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and passionate about sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Actively visiting existing and potential future Inbank partners in different regions. 
  • Taking care of establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Inbank partners.
  • Delivering promotional marketing materials to our partners.
  • Training, educating and getting our partner's employees familiar with our platform and systems.
  • Communicating regularly with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Actively researching, identifying, and evaluating potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales.
  • Supporting our sales team depending on the need.

Ideally, you would have:

  • 1-3 years of previous proven working experience as a Partner Sales Specialist, Sales Representative or similar within B2B Sales.
  • Interest in understanding the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth-oriented working environment.
  • Previous experience with sales management software and CRM is considered a bonus.
  • Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English communication skills.
  • Driving licence.
