Marketing Project Manager

Inbank is a fintech company specializing in innovative financial solutions. Our financing tools are already available in over 6,100 retail stores. Additionally, we offer accessible financial solutions to individuals, helping them achieve their goals and improve their daily lives. Inbank is an international team of over 420 people working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Inbank Latvia is looking for a creative and inspiring Marketing Project Manager to join our team. You will help build and develop our brand, attract customers, and strengthen our recognition in Latvia.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing activities that increase brand awareness and drive quality traffic to our website.
• Create effective communication with existing customers to enhance their loyalty.
• Monitor the results of marketing campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain social media content to boost customer engagement and strengthen the company’s positive image.
• Be proactive, an idea generator who drives projects forward and inspires colleagues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective project execution and foster a culture focused on continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or digital communication.
• A creative approach and the ability to generate ideas that appeal to diverse audiences.
• Skills in creating attractive and consistent social media content.
• Understanding of data analytics and measuring the effectiveness of marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English.
