Credit Risk Analyst

Inbank is looking for a talented and passionate Credit Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the automated credit evaluation process in Lithuania.
What you will be doing?
- Develop and improve the credit evaluation process: decision criteria, proposals for product conditions, preparation for product approval in the credit committee, development of decision infrastructure
- Ensure product profitability by performing credit risk evaluation and pricing logic
- Constantly monitor credit risk at partner and customer segment level
- Perform ad-hoc analysis of credit data
- Give feedback and give recommendations to product managers
- Understand current and future trends in the field of credit risk management
- Maintain relations with data suppliers and identify new data sources
- Improve group-level procedures, processes and approaches together with colleagues from other countries.
Ideally, you have the following:
- Higher education in mathematics, physics, finance or similar fields
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), as well as R/Python coding and SQL skills
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Previous work experience in finance/credit risk in banking, financial institutions (FinTech) or other institutions will be an advantage.
