We are looking for a Product Manager – Trust Services (f/m/d) to drive product direction and execution for IDnow's Trust Services portfolio, with a strong focus on eIDAS 2.0-driven services and IDnow's contributions to the EU Large Scale Pilots WE BUILD & APTITUDE — particularly around the EUDI Wallet, (Qualified) Electronic Attestations of Attributes (QEAA/EAA), and related trust ecosystem capabilities. In this role, you will translate regulatory and standardization developments into a clear product strategy and delivery-ready roadmap, while aligning a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality pilot execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Large Scale Pilot Execution — Structure workstreams, define milestones, coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of pilot commitments and artefacts with both product leadership and project discipline.
- Own Product Strategy & Roadmap — Execute discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven planning for Trust Services initiatives related to eIDAS 2.0 and the EUDI Wallet ecosystem.
- Translate Standards into Product Requirements — Turn eIDAS 2.0 and EUDI Wallet architecture concepts into crisp product specs, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and engineering-ready backlog items.
- Manage Stakeholder Alignment — Act as a product ambassador across Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance/Legal, Operations, and external pilot partners; communicate trade-offs and decisions transparently.
- Partner with Engineering — Align with fellow Product Managers and engineering leadership to plan increments/releases, run agile routines, and remove ambiguity to keep delivery on track.
- Define & Track Success Metrics — Set and monitor adoption, operational, and compliance KPIs, using insights to steer prioritization.
- Create Outstanding Documentation — Produce high-clarity internal and external documentation including product requirement docs, decision logs, interface definitions, pilot deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
- Support Go-to-Market Enablement — Contribute to positioning inputs, sales enablement content, and customer/partner briefings in close collaboration with relevant teams.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles combining product ownership with structured delivery/project execution.
- Solid working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince, or agile delivery in practice; ability to plan, de-risk, and drive outcomes across dependencies).
- Strong product fundamentals: discovery → requirements → delivery → measurement (business + technical product ownership).
- Strong documentation skills: ability to produce structured, decision-ready documents and clear technical/product specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including communicating complex topics to mixed audiences.
- Intrinsic interest in Trust Services, digital identity, and EU digitization initiatives, especially the EUDI Wallet ecosystem and large-scale pilots.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, telecom, public sector, payments, KYC/AML, trust services) is a strong plus.
- Language: Fluent English (German and/or French is a plus).
