The Main Event: What you'll do
We’re expanding into Saudi Arabia and seeking a driven Operations Executive to lead our market entry, operations, and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of real estate in Saudi Arabia with one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in the region.
As an Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of launching and scaling Huspy’s presence in KSA, ensuring we establish a strong foundation and accelerate growth. You’ll be one of the go-to people for making things happen, focused on execution, working across multiple functions to bring Huspy’s vision to life in the Saudi market and operationalizing growth.
- KSA Market Expansion – Manage key workstreams to establish and scale Huspy’s set-up in KSA in Saudi Arabia. You’ll drive market penetration, ensuring Huspy gains a strong foothold in the competitive real estate sector
- Huspy Training Academy – Support with managing the activation of Huspy’s structured training program for agents, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge to succeed. You’ll help shape the next generation of top-performing real estate professionals
- Real Estate Market Access – Execute a market access strategy, building key relationships with real estate developers, property owners, and agents to create a robust property sourcing network. Your role will be instrumental in unlocking inventory and forging strategic partnerships
- Operational Leadership – Support in the set-up, oversight, and optimization of Huspy’s core operations. From logistics to process improvements, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, laying a solid foundation for scale and sustainability
- Business Partnerships – Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and government bodies to ensure Huspy is well-positioned within the Saudi real estate ecosystem.
- Technology & Agent Hub – Drive the localization and optimization of Huspy’s technology, ensuring it aligns with market needs. You’ll coordinate between internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to strengthen Huspy’s agent network and create a seamless digital experience for buyers and agents.

- 5+ years in strategy, operations, or market expansion roles
- Proven track record in market entry strategy, operational leadership, and business development. Project Management, Portfolio Management.
- Ability to build and scale teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills with a data-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market is a plus.
- Fluency in English & Arabic language
