We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Madrid. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR professionals to support the full recruitment cycle. If you’re passionate about talent, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a high-growth company, this role is for you! 🎯

The Main Event: What You'll Do 🧱

🔍 Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
📊 Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
🗂️Support onboarding processes by preparing materials, coordinating sessions, and ensuring a smooth new hire experience.
🧩 Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and internal events.
🚀 Provide administrative support for various People Operations projects and initiatives.
🌟 Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and recruitment events.
📢 Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the hiring process.

💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
🗂️ Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
💡 Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
🗣️ Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
💻 Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms is a plus!
