The Main Event: What You'll Do
As an Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Madrid office operations, playing a pivotal role in driving and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
You will oversee operational processes, manage cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth execution of all processes across sales, compliance, and customer support.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to scale our Madrid operations, aligning with the company's broader goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, overseeing risk management and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to the executive team.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners such as legal teams, notaries, and service providers to facilitate property transactions.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for process optimization.
The Perfect Match: What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in PropTech, Real Estate, or a tech startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
- Proven experience in leading teams, project management, and process optimization.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changes, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience with operational tools and software (e.g., CRM, project management platforms like Asana or Trello).
