Working closely with teams like Product, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll help optimize processes, manage operational issues, and coordinate across departments to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. • Support the implementation and proactive monitoring of operational projects aimed at optimizing our property portfolio and streamlining the customer conversion funnel.
• Handle daily interactions with customers and real estate advisors, assisting in issue resolution and ensuring a smooth experience.

• Continuously improve the customer experience by deeply understanding their needs.
• Analyze customer behavior using different tools and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.

📱 Driving Adoption of Our Technology
