Risk CRM Analyst

  • Analyze bonus terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimize risks;

  • Monitor player activity daily and perform risk checks related to bonuses;

  • Conduct player behavior analysis, including segmentation and usage of different bonus types;

  • Detect potential risks and irregularities in CRM processes;

  • Collaborate with CRM, Risk, and Product teams to improve bonus policies and segmentation strategies;

  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.

We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM analytics, risk management, or a similar analytical role;

  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL or other analytical tools);

  • Hands-on experience with bonus systems or customer loyalty programs;

  • Understanding of risk assessment processes in the iGaming or fintech industry (a plus);

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
