About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to reliably support our people processes on-site at our production facility in Eppingen-Richen.
You will be part of a cross-location People Operations team and ensure that all administrative and operational processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – run smoothly.
Your area of responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all on-site team members and support them with their inquiries.
- Coordinate and handle all HR-related topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate and GDPR-compliant administration.
- Support the development of scalable processes and tools to make our workflows more efficient.
- Collaborate closely with the local works council.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Share responsibility for a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
About You
- You have completed a commercial/administrative training in Human Resources or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have practical experience (at least 3 years) in HR administration or in a comparable role.
- You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy administrative and organizational tasks.
- You work in a structured, solution-focused, and pragmatic way - and enjoy trying out new approaches.
- You enjoy personal interactions on-site and are strong in communication in both German and English (written and spoken).
- You are willing to work on-site at the location at least three days per week.
- Experience in an industrial environment or working with a works council is a plus.
