About the Role

• Welcoming and assisting customers, business partners, and suppliers at the reception, including handling phone and email correspondence
• Coordinating goods and delivery traffic at the factory entrance (receiving packages, preparing and managing truck deliveries, handling shipments)
• Recording, checking, and posting goods movements in the goods receipt/dispatch modules of our ERP system (SAP)
• Providing temporary support in warehouse management, including stock checks and assisting with inventory
• Organizing and managing administrative processes (mail, office supplies, travel arrangements, hosting visitors)
• Creating and maintaining relevant documents (delivery notes, shipping orders, presentations, invoice verification)

About You

• Professional experience in reception or hospitality
• Vocational training in a commercial/administrative field is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and Outlook
• Ideally, experience with SAP Warehouse IM & WM
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and commitment
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
