Why this role exists

This role exists to monitor payment methods, handle incidents, and ensure smooth operations of payment traffic while coordinating with internal teams and providers.

What you’ll drive

Payment method monitoring

  • Processing incoming requests regarding the health of payment methods.
  • Enabling or disabling payment methods according to instructions.
  • Monitoring payment traffic 24/7 and handling emergency alerts.

Incident management & communication

  • Notifying customers and internal teams of issues with payment methods.
  • Communicating with providers and other teams to investigate and resolve incidents.
  • Responding to incidents and solving payment traffic issues according to escalation policies and SLA.

System updates

  • Managing website mirror changes in response to domain blocking.

What makes you a GR8 fit

Must-have

  • 1+ year of experience in payments or monitoring operations.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate execution of tasks.
  • Ability to handle incidents professionally and timely.
  • Managing sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and operational systems for payments.
  • Understanding of payment methods, flows, and operational processes.
  • Languages – Intermediate+ English, B2+ Ukrainian/Russian.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with HRIS systems or other administrative software.
  • Knowledge of policies, compliance, and regulations in a business context.
