Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager at Fuze Health is a hands-on role responsible for supporting and executing the go-to-market strategy for the newly unified FuzeRx business. Reporting to marketing leadership, this individual will help execute marketing initiatives that amplify Fuze Health’s brand, support sales efforts, and enhance customer engagement.

This role will play an important part in bringing our new brand identity to life for clients, partners, and employees. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, adaptable marketing professional with experience managing projects, developing compelling content, and executing multi-channel marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management & Execution: Support the tactical rollout of the unified Fuze Health brand across internal and external materials, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. Assist with rebranding key assets and digital platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative Coordination & Brand Stewardship: Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines by reviewing assets and coordinating updates. Manage day-to-day relationships with external design vendors to support delivery of on-brand creative assets.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels to support brand awareness and demand generation initiatives.
  • Content Development: Create and manage content across multiple formats, including newsletters, marketing collateral, web copy, and social media posts. Support the production and distribution of monthly e-newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot.
  • Communications Coordination: Maintain and update the marketing and communications calendar to ensure consistent and timely messaging across client- and market-facing channels.
  • Event Support: Plan and execute logistics for trade shows, webinars, and the annual client conference, ensuring strong brand representation and a seamless attendee experience.
  • Client Engagement Initiatives: Support client engagement programs such as quarterly webinars and branded promotional items for clients and prospects.
  • Marketing Operations Support: Assist with execution of the annual marketing plan and help track budgets for events, advertising, and sponsorships.
  • Internal Marketing Support: Create and update internal marketing assets and presentations to support cross-functional teams and reinforce brand consistency.
  • Digital Platform Support: Manage content updates and user access for the client portal, coordinating with developers to ensure content remains current and on-brand.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within healthcare, health-tech, or life sciences
  • Experience supporting a corporate rebrand or maintaining brand standards across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with core marketing functions, including email marketing, events, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and webinar tools (e.g., ON24)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with vendors or agencies is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Benefits: 

The compensation range for this position is $96,000-$130,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including: 

Full-time employee benefits include: dental, vision, and multiple group medical plans to choose from, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, group life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA), commuter benefits, employer-paid short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and additional supplemental insurance plans (spouse life insurance, legal insurance, an employee assistance program, home health testing kits, and a fertility medication discount program). Employees are also provided flexible vacation time, accrued paid sick time, 10 paid holidays, (2 floating holidays for full time non-exempt employees) , and eight weeks of paid parental leave for eligible employees, additional paid weeks for the birthing parent, 4 weeks paid caregiver leave, and a Lifestyle Spending Account allowance each month.
