Registered Nurse
The Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations at Fuze Health supports the Pharmacy Operations team by overseeing prescription processing activities and leading a team of pharmacy technicians. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient service while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. The Supervisor works cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to optimize processes, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient prescription processing and operational excellence.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor workflows and production activities to improve efficiency, quality metrics, and operational performance.
- Patient Profile Oversight: Review and monitor patient profile intake to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with pharmacy standards.
- Performance Management: Utilize established metrics, reports, and dashboards to track team performance against predetermined targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Workforce Planning: Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet facility goals related to production, quality, and safety.
- Employee Development: Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary while recognizing and rewarding strong performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal leaders, stakeholders, and teams to support operational initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Hiring & Talent Development: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, promotion, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure pharmacy technicians are properly trained on logistics, operating equipment, and company policies while maintaining regulatory and safety standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a community or retail pharmacy environment.
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and implement process improvements in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience establishing and analyzing metrics, reports, and dashboards to track performance and drive operational improvements.
Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $34.00-$36.00/hour, in addition we offer a range of benefits including:
