Senior Global Partnerships Manager

Position Overview

As a Senior Global Partnerships Manager at Founda, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact through strategic partnerships. Leveraging your experience in healthcare interoperability, you will identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Your goal is to create mutually beneficial collaborations that advance our mission of revolutionising healthcare through data accessibility and exchange. Reporting directly to the GM of EMEA, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology and drive meaningful change on a global scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to understand their needs and pain points, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Develop and execute company partnership strategy to drive growth and expand our ecosystem.
• Identify and prioritise potential international technology partners to jointly build and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with Founda's strategic objectives and values.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Founda and partner organisations, facilitating communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership activities, including progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Thought Leadership

• Position Founda as a thought leader in the healthcare ecosystem through participation in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Contribute insights and expertise to internal discussions and decision-making processes related to partnership strategies and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to healthcare data exchange and interoperability.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Brings 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT industry
• Possesses in-depth knowledge about healthcare interoperability solutions and standards (i.e. XDS and FHIR).
• Has a track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic (technology) partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
• Brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Is a strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve objectives.
• Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strategic discussion with our Chief of Staff (~30 minutes)
• In-depth domain knowledge and business acumen discussion with our GM of EMEA and Chief Interoperability Officer (~45 minutes)
• Final discussion with our Managing director (~30 minutes)
