As an Integration Consultant at Founda Health, you’ll lead the technical delivery of our healthcare data exchange solutions. You'll manage end-to-end integration projects, acting as the bridge between customer needs and system capabilities. Your work ensures secure, seamless interoperability across healthcare systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications and project plans.
- Implementation & Integration: Configure, deploy, and validate solutions using standards like HL7, FHIR, and DICOM. Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance.
- Project Management: Oversee delivery timelines, risks, and updates using Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact, providing support, training, and regular updates.
- Product Feedback: Relay customer insights to Product & Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead training sessions, create documentation, and mentor colleagues.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for automation and efficiency in integration workflows.
A Day in the Life
You start your day with a scrumban meeting, reviewing progress on integrations.
Mid-morning, you join an alignment session to troubleshoot an HL7 message configuration issue. Afterwards, you test a new deployment, ensuring alignment with the solution blueprint. Post-lunch, you collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, sharing customer feedback and proposing product improvements. In the afternoon, you update project management tools and prepare status updates. You wrap up the day by leading a customer training session and reviewing tomorrow’s priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years in technical implementation or integration, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
- Strong experience with system integrations, data standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare IT tools (e.g., EHR, PACS).
- Proficient with Windows/Linux, Apache Tomcat, Postgres, scripting (Ansible), and automation tools.
- Familiar with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and regulated environments.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in remote, multicultural teams.
