Your mission
As a Sales Manager in Singapore, you will spearhead our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, building relationships with ship management companies and owners, and driving adoption of our innovative solutions. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to grow our market presence in one of the world’s most dynamic maritime hubs.
Your skillset to navigate success:
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the maritime industry.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Present Kaiko Systems' offerings, including KAI and fleet management tools, to potential clients.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align client needs with solution offerings.
Attend maritime events and conferences to represent Kaiko Systems.
Your profile:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in maritime, logistics, or tech.
Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its digital transformation trends.
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific market is a strong plus.

You are a natural at all things customer-facing, have the energy to put yourself and your product out there in the market, and the gravitas to persuade and inspire confidence in C-level stakeholders, when it counts.
You excel at creative problem-solving in uncertain situations, pragmatic execution with limited resources, and combine yours hands-on skills with the power to shape a long term vision.
When working with others you show that you have mastered a diverse communication toolkit, can collaborate effectively, and people gravitate to you as a natural leader.
As a character you show strong conviction and resilience, cultural adaptability, and positive stress management.
If you have logistics experience that is a plus, but not a requirement.
Fluent English is a must. German is a plus. So are other languages.
