The role
Provide project, coordination and event support to Board Director Programme in APAC. Tasks include:
- Content backend
- Social media management
- Operation tasks such as updating slides and formatting
- Scholar and attendee onboarding into systems
- Market research
- Creating biography packs - images and text compilation
- Pre-event and Day of Event onsite support - set up, printing, attendance
- Assessment verification review
- Others ad hoc tasks
Required skills and experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with an interest in events management
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including event days
Eligibility
- Open to undergraduate students and recent graduates
- Subject to project nature and event dates, applicants should be flexible to support onsite events in Hong Kong
Additional Information
- Event dates, timing, and duration will be communicated in advance
- This role is compensated on an hourly basis
- Contract period: April to December 2026
