About the Role

As Tech Lead, you will guide the engineering efforts for the Deal Value Stream team, ensuring that we build robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. Your solutions  will support  the deal organization with cutting-edge workflow tools. 

You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineers, providing technical leadership while mentoring engineers in our Warsaw office. Your role will involve hands-on technical leadership, as well as fostering a culture of best practices in software development, including CI/CD, testing strategies, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions and define best practices for fullstack development, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability in the team’s solutions.
  • Provide hands-on development and mentorship, guiding engineers in their technical growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects in Stockholm to align technical decisions with business objectives.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture in the Warsaw office, emphasizing collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation.
  • Occasionally travel to Stockholm to engage with key stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who is passionate about technology leadership and software development excellence. You have a deep understanding of modern software engineering principles and enjoy mentoring teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong technical leadership with experience leading software engineering teams.
  • Deep knowledge of software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and PostgreSQL (or similar technologies).
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Go, and dbt is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in distributed teams across different geographies.
  • Ability to align technical decisions with business goals, working closely with Product Managers and Architects.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and willing to travel occasionally to Stockholm.
