Your mission:
Are you eager to revolutionise the energy trading market in Austria and reshape the way municipal suppliers and industrial companies operate?
Join our account management team as an Austria-focused Customer Acquisition Country Manager, with a primary focus on municipal suppliers and industrial companies.
Your role will be pivotal in expanding our customer base (70%) and ensuring the ongoing success of our clients (30%) in the Austrian market. You’ll be their trusted partner throughout their journey to becoming successful enmacc traders — from the initial stages (onboarding, activation) to the long-term (self-sustained customer, upselling and cross-selling).
As a commercial team, we prioritise the effective utilisation of our marketplace above all else. Our goal is to cultivate a vibrant community of traders in Austria, with a strong emphasis on municipal suppliers and industrial companies.
What you'll do:
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire municipal suppliers and industrial companies in the Austrian market to join our marketplace
- Guide new customers through their entire journey within our marketplace, adapting their journey depending on the ICP.
- Help expand customer accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities that further enhance our customers' success
- Act as a cross-functional point of contact within enmacc for existing customers in Austria
Who you are:
- Experience in sales/account management within the Austrian energy industry, specifically with municipal suppliers and industrial companies, is essential.
- You have a keen interest in digital products and services.
- You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator, fluent in both German and English (business-level proficiency required)
- You’re ‘hands on’: independent, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. You know how to be a self-motivated starter and a collaborative team player.
- Finally, you’re organised and familiar with customer development paths, as well as their journeys within the software industry, specifically within the Austrian market and with a focus on municipal suppliers and industrial companies
