The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript / PHP / React) to join our small, high-performance engineering team. You will help build and shape the core platform that powers our rapid growth, contributing to both backend services and frontend interfaces while influencing architectural and technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform development

Build and maintain the core of our platform, including backend services in Node.js/TypeScript and PHP, as well as frontend interfaces in React. Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

2. Architecture & migration

Design and help implement our next-generation architecture, including migration from a monolithic PHP system to service-based systems that support scalability and flexibility.

3. Technical leadership

Be a technical force within the team, shaping coding standards, reviewing designs, and influencing architectural decisions while mentoring teammates.

4. Business impact & collaboration

Work closely with top-tier engineers and business stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions directly contribute to the company’s profitability and operational excellence.

 Qualifications & Preferred Background:

• Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and PHP.
• Experience with React and building full-stack applications.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset.
• Ability to defend architectural decisions with clarity and humility.
• Understanding of business impact and engineering for profitability.
• Experience contributing to small, high-performance teams is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Higher degree education.
